Amit Chintan Ramlall

Amit Chintan Ramlall has a special gift for helping leaders “turn their crap into fuel”. He has Autism Spectrum Disorder and thinks this is key to cultivating his unique insights of the world.

To help himself heal, he studied the works of the greatest thinkers and change-makers of all time - in books and in-person with the likes of Dr. John F. Demartini, the top human behavior specialist of the year according to the IAOTP. From this, he learned to thrive, not in spite of his challenges, but precisely because of them.

He is a polymath, and from age 3 when he first learned to read, has devoured over 14,000 non-fiction books. It is the integration of this acquired knowledge, his certainty of the existence of underlying order, together with his unique insights that he leverages to power his deepest desire: to help people find and manifest their purpose in life.

Amit co-founded Chintan Project on the simple premise that each person (and/or team) has a unique purpose or reason for being, and that we shine brightest and have our greatest impact when we focus on that purpose. He counts this journey, his life, as his greatest credential.

When a challenge is in the way of your impact, when a challenge is in the way of your true wealth and rewards, this is where Amit can help.

Pratima and her husband, Kumar, have a son, Amit Chintan Ramlall. Amit was diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. The family spent many years learning as much as they could to help Amit with his growth and development, both physically and mentally. Along the way, understanding the brain, neuroscience, and human behavior became key interests for the whole family.

Pratima’s parents joined their household while Amit was a young child. As they aged, she began investigating even more tools to help them through the challenges that they faced. When her Mom was diagnosed with dementia at the age of 70, Pratima became her Mom’s caregiver. Currently, Pratima is leveraging the offerings of Chintan Project and her experiences with caring for her Mom as she spearheads the Purposed Legacy division of Chintan Project.

Currently, Pratima is the Business Manager, the real boss, and coordinates all operations for the Ramlall Group of Companies. She has undertaken extensive training in this but credits the school of life and hard knocks with teaching her some of the most important business lessons.
